Shimano M424 pedals are great value for an offroad clipless pedal from Shimano. Lightweight and supportive pedal with high impact resin cage for greater foot stability. The PD M424 is a Dual Slalom, Freeride, BMX style platform/SPD with dual sided entry, dual sided spring tension adjustment and Shimano's patented "pop-up" feature.

Solid, easy connection, long lasting, don't need cycle shoes for short shopping trips. Loved them |

for MTB.... as a tool...none that i've ever found... aesthetically.. possibly a bit bulky. |

Spot on as a first buy, i even moved them onto my road bike as i was so comfortable and used to them. Only getting rid of them to lighten up my road bike. |
